Pow - version 1

Performs element-wise exponentiation.

**Inputs**

- **X** (*T*): Input tensor of any shape, base of the exponent.
- **Y** (*T*): Input tensor of any shape broadcastable to X shape, the exponent component.

**Outputs**

- **Z** (*T*): Output tensor (same size as X)

**Type Constraints**

- **T**: Constrain input and output types to float tensors.
  Allowed types: tensor(double), tensor(float), tensor(float16).
